How to Sign Up to The Secret Path Payment Plan

Signing up to a payment plan is usually a very simple process. However, we understand that not everyone feels confident with technology — and this payment system is new on our website — so we are here to gently guide you step by step.
If you experience any issues during sign up, we recommend:
• Using Google Chrome as your browser
• Clearing your browser cache
• Trying again on a desktop or laptop if using a phone
These small steps often resolve most technical hiccups.
Now, simply follow the steps below.
Step 1
Head to “Secure Your Spot” on our website or use this direct link:
Step 2
You will be taken to the program information page where you will see two options:
• Pay in Full
• Pay by the Month
Paying in full is straightforward — once payment is submitted, the website will automatically take you directly into the program.
Choosing the payment plan has a few additional steps, which are explained below.
Step 3
Select Pay by the Month, then click “Enroll Now.”
Step 4
You will be taken to a login screen.
If you are new to our website, please create an account.
If you already have an account, click Login at the bottom where it says you are an existing member.
Step 5
For the purpose of this demonstration, we created a new email address to show the full process.
Please choose a password that is easy to remember. We recommend allowing your computer to save it securely, or writing it down somewhere safe.
Step 6
You will be asked to confirm your email address.
Check your inbox for a confirmation email that looks like the image below.
Step 7
Enter the confirmation code and click “Confirm and Sign Up.”
Step 8
You will then be taken to the page where you can create your payment plan.
Click Select.
Step 9
You will be prompted to add your personal details.
Scroll down and enter your payment information.
Please ensure you include your phone number and address.
Step 10
Once your payment has been submitted, you will be directed to a confirmation page.
Click “Get Started.”
If your payment has fully processed, you will be taken directly into the program.
If Your Payment Is Still Processing
Sometimes banks take a few moments to finalise transactions.
If this happens, clicking “Get Started” may take you back to the enrollment page.
This is normal.
Simply:
• Click the dropdown menu
• Go to “My Programs”
If your payment requires additional verification, you may see a button that says “Complete Payment.”
Click this and follow the prompts.
If it redirects you again, don’t worry — this simply means your bank is still confirming the transaction.
You can check:
• My Subscriptions to ensure your plan shows as active
• Then return to My Programs to access the course
Once everything syncs, you will see “View Program.”
Click that and you will be inside the portal.
Accessing the Portal in the Future
Once enrolled, you can return to the portal anytime by:
• Logging into our website
• Clicking My Programs
• Selecting View Program
If you remain logged in, you can also click “Secure Your Spot” on the homepage and it will automatically take you to the program, as the website recognises you are enrolled.
Emails You Will Receive
During this process, you may receive:
• A payment confirmation
• A membership confirmation • A welcome email with access instructions
These are normal and confirm everything is working correctly.

If at any stage something doesn’t look quite right, please do not worry. Simply email us and we will manually assist you.
