How long will it take to receive my order?
We aim to complete orders as soon as possible, however, as a general rule we post orders on Mondays and Fridays. Orders are sent express via Australia Post and takes 5 – 10 business days from when shipped.
How is postage calculated?
We aim to keep postage as affordable as possible. Therefore, we only charge the standard rates allocated by Australia post and we do not include a handling fee.
Due to COVID-19 we now send all our orders with a $12 flat rate express post fee. This means every order will be tracked.
I have an issue with my order, what can I do?
Send us an email and we'll sort it out for you ASAP.
Can I photocopy your patterns or send PDF patterns to other people?
No, this is a breach of copyright and theft of our intellectual property.
Can I make your patterns to sell at markets?
We do not give permission for any of our Applique Art patterns to be made and sold under any circumstances. However, you can make our quilt, handbag and kid’s clothing patterns on a small hobby business scale of no more than 10 items at a time. The item must have a swing ticket that mentions that it is a Pattern Poole Design with our website: www.patternpoole.com also please tag Pattern Poole in your social media postings, we would love to see your work. Our designs cannot be mass manufactured on a professional level. Please email us for more information.
Do you have a store I can visit?
No, however, you can visit us at any of Expertise Events craft shows in the capital cities around Australia. Subscribe to our email newsletter or follow us on Facebook to stay up to date to where we will be next.
How can I find out about your workshops?
We currently do not do workshops. However, we have a Youtube channel with free tutorials and we host online classes via Facebook. Feel free to subscribe to our newsletter to stay updated about our free tutorials and online workshops.
I have joined an online course but haven't heard from you!
Sorry about that, this can generally happen when the automatic email with all the details is sent to your junk / spam folder. But no problem, just head to the facebook group for your corresponding course and all the patterns and videos are there so you can get started right away!
I have paid for a PDF pattern, how will I receive it?
Thanks for your order! When you purchase a PDF pattern, the links will be available to download straight after purchase. They are also sent to you in an email for you to download. Please check your junk mail for our email.
From there, please download and save the pattern to your device as the link expires within 30 days.
I can't download your free pattern. What do I do?
Sorry, you are having trouble! Our free pattern are designed to see if our PDF patterns will be compatible with your device.

Why can't I order patterns in my region?
We are very sorry about that! Due to COVID we are no longer shipping internationally. The shipping from Australia is extremely expensive for single patterns and we have had a high volume of orders go missing this year. We are working hard to PDF as many of our patterns, however, we do have a large range of international stockists who can ship to you from your region. I am getting an error message that your PDF patterns are encrypted or password protected.
Sorry, you are experiencing this issue!

Can I get a refund?
Our PDF patterns are non-refundable, please choose carefully before purchase or try out a few of our free patterns first to ensure our PDF patterns are compatible for you.
