Quilt Requirements:

Chevron patchwork:               9 x assorted medium tone fat quarters.

Aqua spot horizontal strips:    65 cm (3/4 yard)

Aqua spot binding:                  70 cm (3/4 y)

White background:                  3 m (3 1/2 yard)

Rose appliqué:                        Fat eighth each of light, medium and dark pink

Leaves and vines:                   Fat eighth each of light and medium green.

Backing:                                  4 m (4 ½ y)

Batting:                                    2 m (2 ¼ y)

NOTE: For quilt as you go success it is recommended to use a busy, non directional backing fabric and a low loft batting such as 100% cotton or bamboo or a cotton and bamboo blend.

    Had to read the pattern though a couple of times. Have started it now doing the rose sections first and I have one ready to stitch around flowers and leaves I think it looks amazing.

    I really like this pattern which I brought mainly for the flower applique, but am intending to make the quilt at some stage.
