About the Precious Pieces Quilt.
The Precious Pieces quilt was designed by Monica Poole in 2002. It’s a quilt-as-you-go technique-based design that has a place for all your most precious pieces of fabric.
In 2025, we started to publish the blocks in our Pattern Poole magazine. After 2 issues, the magazine was paused due to Monica needing time to recover from a repetitive strain injury.
If you purchased the magazine, you’ll find the requirements list, along with blocks 1 and 9 in issue 1 and blocks 5 and 11 in issue 2.
If you didn’t purchase the magazine, the above mentioned blocks are now available as separate patterns on our website.
The remaining blocks and the quilt as you go construction are all available on the website now.
